Cancellation Policy

The Allure Box Rental Policy Installation and Setup: The Allure Box cannot be moved once it has been installed at the event location. Liability and Damages: The customer assumes responsibility for any damages to The Allure Box that occur after installation and agrees to cover the costs of any repairs or replacements required, and will be charged accordingly for any damages incurred. The client agrees not to move The Allure Box from the location designated by the client. Decorations: Any decorations not included with the rental must be removed by the customer upon pick-up of the equipment. No decoration shall be affixed to the booth using nails or screws. Cancellation Policy: If the client cancels the rental 11 days after booking, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made prior to the event date. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of deposit. Weather Conditions: In case of outdoor events, the customer must ensure that The Allure Box is protected from adverse weather conditions. Technical Issues: The Allure Box will be delivered and set up in working condition. Any technical issues must be reported immediately to our support team.
